Hi! I’m looking for one roommate to share my apartment. I’m pretty low-key and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

I’d love to find someone who is clean, respectful, and takes pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. This isn’t really a party house, so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t frequently host gatherings or have people coming and going all the time. I value a peaceful, comfortable home environment where everyone can relax after work.

I work full-time and generally keep a fairly quiet routine. I have cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets. I vacuum daily and they have a litter robot, so you would never be able to tell I have cats!

You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and kitchen access. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, employed, communicates well, and is able to pay rent on time.
