We are renting a small (10x9 feet) furnished bedroom with a full-size bed and a mounted TV with a closet in the room. It comes with a shared bathroom that will be shared with my son. There will be a designated parking spot provided. Our house is close to a major shopping center and the 10-freeway entrance. We have a house dog who typically spends the day outside or downstairs sleeping. She is very friendly and quiet for the most part.
