The property is less than 5 minutes from the campus. It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a move-in. You have your own room, a large living space, a large shared lounge, and access to a 3D and other amenities through me.

It is a three floor property shared with 2 other people (4 in total). Everyone here is pretty nice and not too strict on anything. I like cooking and socializing, while also being an engineering student. I’m pretty clean and value people who are reasonable and responsible.
