As I am the same, I would like someone who is quiet, professional, respectful, clean/tidy. No partying, no drugs/alcohol. No boyfriends sleeping over as a rule. No smoking. No pets at this time but it is a pet friendly building.
This is a nice, safe, quiet, welcoming home which is furnished except for the available bedroom. The bedroom is 12 x 16 ft.
