Off street parking Brand new AC and duct work, new flooring Granite countertops, double paned windows, mahogany kitchen island , dishwasher, covered patio area and huge backyard with space for gardening etc—- attic storage The room has a new memory foam mattress and frame Two end tables small closet and a hipster dresser with a chest and a comfy chair Two windows with blackout drapes if wanted with a lovely view of a 60 year old magnolia tree with sitting space with fire pit under said tree It’s a sweet home and my sanctuary
