Looking for 1 more GIRL/FEMALE roommate (females only!) to begin a new lease with us in a beautiful, clean, quiet gated community in West Palm Beach. We LOVE our 3 story 4 bedroom townhouse with a two car garage here, we’ve all been living here already and 1 room is becoming available as we begin a new lease. The room is private, on the top floor with two other rooms, occupied by girls, and the bathroom is shared with only 1 other girl.

Our condo is amazing, we all get along great. We have a shared kitchen, a giant spacious living room, and laundry facilities in our condo. Plenty of space to spread out! And plenty of room for your belongings if needed in common areas as well! The room is ✨unfurnished!!!✨

Community includes HIGH security as a giant plus 🙏🏼 along with a HUGE olympic swimming pool with covered relaxation areas, a fantastic gym, and a yoga/pilates room to enjoy at leisure.

Nonnegotiable: *No smoking *No pets *No drugs *Must be employed

🤗 What you need to move in!:

• $1,030 rent due before the 15th of every month. • Rent includes water, trash pickup, high-speed internet, and access to amenities. Essentially ALL is included in rent, other than electricity. • Electric bill split evenly between all 4 occupants, usually about $60-$70 per person (less in winter) • $1,300 security deposit • $167 FPL security deposit • Application fees and background check to the landlord for review & ultimate approval. Steady proof of income is required!
