ISO 4th Roommate 4bd/2br in Cambridge. Very conveniently located, half a mile from the Davis Square T stop, one mile from the Porter Square T Stop.   Air conditioned, free in-unit washer and dryer. Rent is $1275/month, + 80$/month (average) for utilities/internet.  Walking distance to restaurants/grocery stores/pharmacies/supermarkets. The room would not be furnished but we don’t have any photos of what it looks like unfurnished. Move-in date would be 09/01.

The other roommates are three male young professionals ages 27 to 30. We are courteous and like to keep tidy common spaces. We enjoy playing video games and going out to eat together on occasion.
