I and my friend are looking for another 2 friends to sign an apt lease starting 07/01/2026. About the apt: locates at Quincy, about 10 min walk to Wollaston red line. It is 4 beds and 2.5 baths, including 2nd floor (2 rooms) and 3rd floor (2 rooms, which are available now). Each room is spacious, plenty of light and has their own closet; in unit laundry, and has a nice deck at the back for chilling and relaxing on nice day.The surrounding area is quite and safe with many stores and restaurants nearby. On street and off street parking are available (fyi, we have 2 cars already). The rent total is $3000/month, including water and sewer. Each room will be $750/month plus other utilities (gas,heat, electricity, wifi ), which will be split between 4pp. Honestly, this is a great place to live!

About me: I’m Chau, 31 female, working as medical technologist at Cambridge health alliance hospital. I work overnight so during days, I spend time sleeping. Therefore, quietness/no lousy noise on days are highly appreciated. I’m clean, neat, responsive and responsible, love planting, cooking, and respectful.

About my friend: Hi, my name is Anh Ton, a 23-year-old college student in Biochemistry. I am a daytime person sleeping at 10pm ish, and also an organized, non-smoking person. For my social life, I always go out for a party. I am respectful to personal space and always open to communcation if anything happens. I love hanging out, kayaking, running, gym, soccer, and snowboarding.
