Hey, I’m Kim. I have a biz and spent the past year traveling to places like Thailand, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and a couple spots in the US. I started to miss playing pickleball and (I guess) miss my people out here so I moved back to Texas 💀

Hobbies/Interests: Love a good pickleball game, learning from biz founder documentaries, and hanging with friends. Always down for trying new things, whether it’s traveling, learning krav maga, or flying around scared as hell on a trapeze.

Special Skills/Talents: Got a side hustle or a business idea? I’m the guy to bounce it off.

Personal Qualities: Super adaptable and easygoing, no drama. Once shared a 4x4 with 5 roomies in college and it was all good. Still keep up with some of them.

Responsibilities/Chores: I love a good clean and organized common space. Don’t mind having a schedule for chores, probably prefer if we do so we don’t forget.

Social Preference: I value my alone time, but I’m typically an extrovert so I’m down to socialize.

Living Space Culture: I believe in good vibes and open communication. Also must be LGBTQ+ friendly cuz I’m a lil gay

Guests/Visitors: I won’t have a crowd over every week, but I would want the freedom to invite people over from time to time so I don’t feel like I’m in my parents’ place 💀

Pets: I don’t have pets but I’m cool with them, used to dog and cat sit often.
