This unit was recently renovated with Quartz countertops and Vinyl plank flooring in the common areas.

The Layout: We share the kitchen, in-unit full size laundry/dryer, screened entry patio, open backyard, and the upstairs loft, which serves as our main lounge area. Quirk: I’m repurposing the downstairs living room with synthetic ice for figure skating practice. If you skate, you are welcome to also use it! If not, it just means our main shared hangout space is the upstairs loft.

A little about me: I just turned 40y, and I’m moving to Gainesville from Canada for a 1-year musculoskeletal oncology fellowship program at UF Shands hospital. If you don’t have a car, I’m happy to drop you off on my way, whenever our schedules align! Often too busy to do much more than work/study/work-out but do try to socialize. I’m into figure skating, and enjoy movie nights, karaoke outings, swimming and all kinds of dance! Aside from making smoothies, eggs and cereal, I don’t cook so kitchen is pretty much all yours!
