Move-in end of August/early September, 7-minute walk to NoMa station, in-unit washer and dryer. This is a lease takeover, not a new lease; which means a much lower renewal rate than you’d get signing fresh (this floor plan isn’t even available anymore). Lease runs through September 15th, then renews at an estimated $0-200 increase, still split evenly. The room: 10’7“ × 14’10“, “, floor-to-ceiling window, large closet, private bathroom with shower. Unfurnished- living room is furnished but feel free to add your own touches. Costs:

About Eden: Friendly, clean, direct communicator, works in healthcare, moved to DC from Boston a few years back. Loves cooking and trying new restaurants, values diversity and inclusivity, occasionally hosts dinners for friends and is cool with you doing the same. Open to friendship but but no pressure either way. Looking for: Any age/gender, not a couple, respectful of shared space, a good communicator.
