The house is a 5 bedroom,3 bathroom house The tenant can choose between an 11’1 x 12’4 or 10.9x11’4 room located on the second floor with their own restroom. (Note there may be times when the restroom may be shared on a weekend in case friends come over but this is rarely and won’t exceed more than 1 weekend a month) -Must be working or going to school -Must have valid identification -Non-smoking indoors, including vape (house is equipped with smart sprinkler system) -No recreational drugs -No pets

Currently, we have 4 pharmacists living on the property; however one would be leaving soon which is why we are putting up the room for rent. The main people you would see would be my wife and myself. We have 1 other housemate who is also a pharmacist, who only comes into town about once a week. The other pharmacist would be leaving for another job opportunity so you likely won’t see her. We are all clean and respectful and we hope to be able to get tenants that are easy going but also willing to make sure to keep the shared space clean as well as their restroom clean. We sometimes karaoke on the weekend at home and may have friends over for dinner or ping pong at times. As we are all asians, we do cook daily. We aren’t in a major rush to rent but want to make sure we can rent to someone that we can get along well with! Students are welcome as most of our tenants have been medical/pharmacy students!
