Hello! My friend Julia and I are looking for a third person to sign a lease on a 4-bedroom house on S Burrowes St
(5 min walk to downtown; ~10 min walk to campus).

It is 4 bedrooms, but zoning laws limit occupancy to 3 unrelated people- So, if you and your (married) partner are looking for a place, this would be a great opportunity to save on rent (and you would get a room with a balcony…).
