It’s 15 to 20 mins away from almost anything you’d like to visit or need to get to in Tampa. USF, Downtown, Hyde Park, pretty much any mall, Ybor, Brandon, etc.

Have access to the back yard and screened in patio if you like to grill, lounge, smoke, or even have plants or small garden.

My previous roomie lived with me for 3 years until he saved up enough to buy himself a home. Was sad to see him go but happy I could help him save some money. Soo who wants to save some money with me?!

Hello Roomies! The easy name is Joe, the real one people butcher haha. Im 41 years young and my father of 73 also lives with me. He has lived with for almost 2 decades now. We are definitely car guys and it’s easy to tell once you get to talk to us for a bit haha. My father is retired and just works on his cars most the time. I am a manager in the home improvement space and have been a manager for over 20 years now. I like watching baseball, going to the beach, cars and car shows or events, movie buff I like to think haha. I like real estate as well.
