Our beach house is just steps to the beach tucked quaintly amongst the live oak trees and the downstairs has recently been remodeled. You won’t find a more tranquil, peaceful setting so close to the beach!
The downstairs is its own unique space encompassing two bedrooms plus a third that one can be used as an office, guest bedroom or closed off if desired, one large shared bath, open concept dining/living room, kitchen with a combo washer-dryer and front porch surrounded by lush vegetation to enjoy the mornings or evenings on.
There is additional common outdoor space for “hanging out” by the firepit, cooking out on the grill or just chillin’ with the landlords (if you choose to) and/or our back tenant (he rents a small cottage).
Rent includes: ~ furnished ~ utilities (this would included yard, trash, electric, water, WIFI)
~ pet (considered with a nonrefundable deposit)
NOTE: Out-of-state family is visiting so unit is limited for viewing until after the Fourth of July holiday. Pictures will be loaded as areas get their final touches completed.
No one is renting at this time.
