I have a spare bedroom available for 2 to 3 months. This can be a good situation for someone who is in transition however this could be a longer term providing lease agreement. My roommate got accepted to college and we are looking for someone to take his place right away. The room is empty but can provide a new bed with mattress if needed.(Preferred)

Me (healthcare, life insurance), my 10 year old, and 2 awesome pups. We live pretty normal day to day lives. I am pretty down to earth, but no parties or sleepovers.
