We are 2 mid- to late-20s women looking for a third roommate in our very conveniently located apartment in lower Washington Heights. We are less than a 5 minute walk to the Hudson River and Riverside Park; 3 minute walk to the 1 train; and 8 minute walk to the A/C trains. Abundant grocery stores within a 5 minute walk, and full laundry in the building. It is a large and very brightly lit pre-war 5th floor apartment with an elevator, with a large living room separate from the kitchen, with a separate dining area as well; 1.5 baths (2 full showers). The photos posted show the room available for rent, the bed in the frame is a full/double for reference. The room is 13.5’x9’, with two large closets; additional closet space for storage is available within the apartment as well. The photos listed show the typical state of the apartment, we share maintenance and chores of the apartment evenly and as-needed, and have a responsive maintenance team for the building.

We are both easy-going housemates who don’t mind socializing together in the apartment, but also give each other ample space to feel at ease and relaxed in their home and space. We have absolutely loved the convenience, space, and surrounding neighborhood of this apartment and know it could be a great fit for someone in search of the same!
