Internet included, other utilities split 12 month lease preferred $500 security deposit The House: BRAND NEW construction, closing in July 1769 sq ft 2 car garage + street parking Shared bathroom with a double sink for bedrooms 3 and 4 Large backyard Extra bedroom potentially available to be used as an office/quiet space Community walking trail 20 minutes to downtown 15 minutes to Bergstrom Airport 25 minutes to UT campus
