Hey guys!! My current roommate is moving in with her partner, so I’m looking for someone in their 20-30s to join me & my super friendly cat in a 3 bed / 2.5 bath house in the Uptown area. Flexible move-in (july-august) & monthly utilities ~$100/person
✨the room (unfurnished): • large master bedroom • private attached bathroom • huge walk-in closet
✨the house: • mostly furnished common areas (current roomie taking the couch, TV, few outdoor items) • extra bedroom currently used as a guest room but open to change • small backyard w/ deck • 2-car garage behind the house • great central location in a cute neighborhood w/ easy access to downtown, restaurants & bars
About the roomies
I’m a (newly 30 y/o) nurse currently living the hospital-work lifestyle, so my days consist of 12-hour day or night shifts. When I’m not working, I’m usually hanging out with friends, trying out new HH’s/restaurants, traveling, hiking in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, or checking out the occasional house show!!
Looking for someone who’s laid-back, down to hang once in a while, respectful of common areas, and values living in a clean, chill house!
