I’m renting out one private room (around 120 sqft) in a newly remodeled house. You have access to one bathroom right next to your room. Location is 15’ away from Renton downtown and major highways. Utilities and wifi are included in the rent. You will have access to kitchen and laundry room. First month rent and 1,000 deposit (non-refundable) are due on the day of moving in. Background check and some form of financial verification (bank statement or credit check) are required. 6 months - 1 year lease is preferred, after that it’s month to month.

Only I and my husband are living in the house at the moment. We occupy one side of the house while renting out the other half. We will be working most of the time. We would like to keep common areas clean. Sorry no house guest and pets.
