The bedroom is a decent size, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and oven. Laundry can be done in another building on the property. Furniture in the common areas can be rearranged/put in storage, and kitchen equipment (including dishware and cutlery) can be shared, provided people clean up after themselves. The apartment features a balcony overlooking a beautiful field, and it’s situated right next to the Centennial Trail, and right down the street from Winco, STCU, and a decent gas station. A $1500 rent (not including utilities), will be split evenly. Bills will also be split evenly. The only exception to this is pet rent, which is to be paid by the pet owner. Chores will also be split equally after negotiating.
I work full time and like things relatively quiet when I’m at home unless I have my partner over. Even then, I’m very receptive to feedback and can easily adjust myself if any of my actions are bothersome. The most important thing I want is a peaceful home. I have an emotional support cat and I love cooking, and love sharing my cooking when there’s extra.
