It takes you to Orange County. 7 minutes away from University of Riverside college, Riverside community college. 15 minutes away from Cal Baptist University, Castle park and shopping malls. Plenty of restaurants around. Night life weekends for night owls. Nice central AC/heater unit. Very close to the pool. Has a nice big grass patch directly in front of house. Access to all home amenities including my massage chair.
