I’m looking to find a replacement for my bedroom for about 1.5 months starting in late July or August (flexible move-in date), as I’ll be leaving the country. The current lease ends on September 16, with the possibility of extending afterward. The room is located in a well-maintained three-bedroom apartment shared with young professionals. It receives plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day, is fully furnished, and includes central HVAC and in-unit laundry. The apartment complex offers excellent amenities, including: Outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area Fitness center Conference rooms and lounge spaces You will share a full bathroom with two roommates. The apartment is conveniently located in North Santa Clara, within walking distance of VTA light rail and bus stops, as well as a shopping center with Safeway and other stores. You will be sharing the apartment with three young professionals, all in their 20s, including a couple. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and easygoing. We occasionally share meals, hang out, and keep a welcoming, considerate living environment while still respecting each other’s privacy.
