I have a room available in my cute, newly built home. It’s a smaller home, but very cozy, clean, and welcoming. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, which gives both roommates plenty of privacy.
The home has 2 bathrooms, and the available room comes with use of the guest bathroom. I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and easygoing who is looking for a comfortable place to call home.

My girlfriend and I share the home. She’s there most of the time right now, and I’m currently in Reno but will be relocating full-time by the end of the year. We’re pretty laid-back, clean, and respectful of personal space.
