Seeking a lease term of at least 12 months. I’ll give you a month of rent free if you lock in for 24 months. I do require proof of income via 2 recent paystubs and credit check (it can be a screenshot from Credit Karma or the credit bureaus).

First month rent and $500.00 deposit will be required before moving in. The deposit is refundable as long as there’s no damage/repairs needed.
