2 bedroom 4th floor apartment in the Bronx shared with one other person! Very easy to get downtown from the D,B,and 4 trains all an easy walk from the house. There’s also a bunch of buses around making it easier to get to other areas of the Bronx and into NJ. You’d have your own room with great light and there’s a shared living space and kitchen. (if you like madoka magica you’ll love the bathroom kekek). The room pictured will be your room, and I will be taking the furniture so bring your own, and there will be some space in the common area for furniture too if you have. Sadly no laundry in the building but there’s a 24hr laundromat a block away. Paid responsibilities is your half of the rent and half of the electric and internet bill. so I’d say cost is close to $1500 a month to be safe. Looking for someone to sign on with the lease renewal before the end of the month, moving can happen in early July. Please reach out if you have any questions!!

I sadly need to move out so I’m helping my roommate find someone to replace me so he can keep the apt. You’ll be asked to sign on the lease renewal before the end of June, but this should just involve giving us a photo ID and sending it to the landlords. lease is until June 30 2027. The house is queer, and weed friendly. currently no pets but not against sharing space with a feline friend. Honestly looking for anyone to fill the space. You must be respectful and chill, and probably open to trying some baked goods (no pressure tho :) )
