Our lovely house is near multiple medical facilities/hospitals. You get your own fully furnished bedroom that has a queen size bed, dresser, closet, smart TV, and two windows that have full blackout blinds so you can get plenty of sleep. The bedroom connects to an auxiliary room that can be used as an office, for storage, an exercise room, sitting room, etc…
The house has a large, fully functioning kitchen with a six burner gas stove, 2 ovens, plus multiple pieces of cooking equipment at your disposal. The shared bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower, large capacity washer and dryer, and is attached to the auxiliary room in your section of the house. There’s a large eat-in dining room, spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and electrical gadgets. In the back of the house is a nice sized fully glassed in sunroom with lots and lots of cool exotic and thriving plants. The sunroom has floor to ceiling windows that open up completely, allowing for plenty of sunshine and warmth. It has its own air conditioner and heater, so it’s able to be enjoyed all year round. It has a comfortable daybed and separate couch to relax on. Connected to the sunroom is a the entrance to the private, fenced in backyard that is equipped with a gazebo, 2 fire pits, a teopical plant bed, desert cacti section, vegetable garden, fig tree, blackberry bushes and more there is electrical plugs To charge your devices throughput the yard, a work garage loaded with tools, and your own parking space. Off street parking is available if you choose in the front of the house. There are multiple ring cameras for security on the outside of the house, but can be turned off with a legitimate reason. The house is blocks for multiple restaurants, bars, boutique shops, a large grocery store and more. You can access anywhere in Louisville within 15-20 min due to the house being so close to all of the major interstate systems.
