Hai Haaii !! I will have a room available on the 15th of July. I’m looking for a roommate (couples are welcome) for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment near downtown El cajon, main st. The available room is about 12x12 with a large walk-in closet. You would also have your own personal bathroom !

Rent is 1,090$ a month plus shared utilities. No deposit needed. No dogs unless service (complex policy -.-..), but other creatures and critters are welcome ! AC in the living room, a balcony, and one on-site assign parking spot that I have no issue alternating with you. If you would like your own parking spot, there would be an additional 175$ to obtain that and it would be a garage ! Unfortunately, the garage isn’t automatic.. First month rent would actually only be about 660$ (currently speaking with landlord and will update if need be) since my current roommates are leaving in the middle of the month. Friends and overnight guests are completely fine.

About the location:

Super super cute small and personal complex filled mostly with families. Surprisingly quiet even with the kids in the summertime. Quick access to the 8, 67, 52, and 125. Walking distance to family health centers clinic, international markets, my favorite taco shop, downtown El cajon and all the many shops on main st including cafes, the courthouse, restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, etc. About 5 min drive from CVS, Target, HomeGoods, Fletcher Parkway with Texas Roadhouse, Jamba Juice, Best Buy and so so much more. Outdoor grilling area near the pool which management is resurfacing as we speak. No jacuzzi though.

Im in my early 30s. I’ve been living here for the past 3 years now. Work full-time in animal/pet care with my own side business. 420 friendly. Multiethnic. Loud and passionate, but sophisticated and educated. Okaaay. I’ll be headed back to school this fall to finish my degree in philosophy. A bit of a homebody with equal parts adventurer. I’m either playing video games, reading, yoga, researching topics on psychology, quantum physics, or anything that catches my attention really. Cooking, crafting something random I saw on Pinterest, binge watching the Harry Potter series or Blade (on repeat) oooorrr I’m at the beach, hanging out with loved ones, nature walks, random road/camping trips, photographing every patch of moss I see. Very open-minded, laid back and flow type of individual.

What I’m looking for in a roommate(s):

Clean and respectful of shared spaces Good communication and considerate of others Responsible with utilities Drama free Animal enthusiast is a must since there will be different animals in and out of the house because of my side business. My friends also bring their animals over.

I honestly just want a comfortable living situation. No stress and a good fit for the energy of the house. I’ll be setting up meet and greets/interviews on Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends after 4pm. Don’t be afraid to message me a little about yourself as well if you are interested ! With this being so last minute, I’ll be looking to fill the room quickly ! 🖤🧿
