The house is three levels with the lowest level being a room for one roommate. There is a full kitchen with two fridges for all roommates and a backyard. Attic and garage storage available. Parking is amenable to one car at a time but street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Water is included in rent but electricity, heat, and internet are separate bills to be paid by the tenant. The house also has washer and dryer in unit, AC, and heat

All roommates are currently PACE law students and we would prefer another similarity situated individual i.e a law student or a graduate/professional student as our schedules are pretty rigorous and we value peace/quiet most days.
