The house is a 3 bedroom house. I occupy one of the rooms upstairs, and the other room upstairs is occupied by a tenant I acquired on here approx 2 months ago. She is a 55 year old paralegal lady, who is very nice, professional and quiet. I am a trained lawyer with an MBA in Finance, who focuses on my work as trader and, on the side, rent out a couple rooms in my house.
