2 Fully furnished rooms upstairs, 1 not furnished, with personal bathroom. You can pick the room you desire.. privacy fence in backyard, quiet neighborhood. You would have use of the kitchen and laundry room, living room would be shared.

It’s just me and my small dogs, once they get to know you they won’t bother you or bark. The pups have there own room where they stay at night or when left alone they are also only aloud in their space and the living room. Me myself I’m quiet and stick to myself, I have family that comes down 1/2xs per year and I have a grandson and daughter that comes over on a regular basis. Also if your a smoker it has to be done outside
