About the room
This is an owner occupied property with 2 available rooms upstairs for rent. There is a shared toilet and tub area with a private sink and vanity per private room. There is also a separate space available upstairs for both renters for study / TV and leisure. We live in a quiet family neighborhood and we are about 1.5 miles from campus . We are also a short walk to Texas State bus stop. We have a very friendly family dog (golden retriever) in our home. He will not be allowed upstairs in the renters area. Unfortunately, this means there will not be any other pets allowed on the property. We also have a nice fenced in backyard. Renters will have access to our home kitchen and laundry room. These are both down stairs but the rental rooms and living space are upstairs .
About the roomies
This is our family home. Currently my husband, I and our dog are the current occupants on the property. We live downstairs and the rental spaces are upstairs. As I stated above, kitchen and laundry access are downstairs . We are looking for either 2 girls or 2 boys to share the space. We have four grown sons and 7 grandchildren so family is a huge part of our lives. Since they are married with their own homes now, we would love to provide a warm and peaceful family environment for current college students.
