I’m looking to rent a room to someone friendly, respectful, and responsible. Communication is key! I would love for someone to help me make this house a comfortable and safe home. I’m disabled, so there’s a lot that I can’t do by myself as far as housework. I’ll do what I can, I just need someone else to contribute. Past that, you’re free to have your own space, and privacy. $650 a month covers your portion of rent, utilities, and internet. Must love animals! I have 2 older dogs, and a cat. And my godson has a 30 gallon fishtank in the library lol. Any questions, don’t be afraid to ask! Closed mouths don’t get fed!

A friend of mine and his son and dog live on the opposite end of the house. They may, or may not, be staying. He pays his portion of the bills. They keep to themselves for the most part. He occasionally cooks.
