The house features hardwood floors throughout, large common spaces, plenty of natural light, an updated kitchen, laundry, a sunroom, a finished basement lounge area, and a fenced backyard. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the house rather than feeling confined to a bedroom.

The available bedroom is currently unfurnished, though I may be able to furnish it for the right housemate if needed.

Located near Carondelet Park, one of the largest parks in St. Louis, with easy access to walking trails, tennis courts, pickleball, the YMCA, shopping, restaurants, major highways, and several hospitals and universities. The neighborhood is quiet, established, and convenient to much of the city.

I’m looking for someone who appreciates a comfortable, peaceful home and wants the benefits of sharing a house rather than living in a crowded apartment.

I’m the homeowner and currently live in the house full-time. I work professionally and will be starting nursing school this fall. My schedule tends to be on the later side, so I’m often working evenings or getting home later in the day.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy fitness, creative projects, web design, music, and spending time at home. I keep a fairly active lifestyle and appreciate having a comfortable, peaceful place to come back to.

I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, communicative, and generally easy to live with. This isn’t a party house, but it’s also not a house where everyone has to hide in their room. I’m hoping to find someone who values a clean, comfortable home and is considerate of shared spaces.

Healthcare professionals, graduate students, students, and working professionals are all welcome. Since I’ll be entering nursing school, I think I’d be an especially good fit for someone working in healthcare, though the most important thing is simply finding the right person.
