About the room
We have an extra room available starting July 1st with a bathroom 100% yours since we have a 3 bd and 3 bath place, a photo reference of the room. We’re. currently waiting for our 3rd roommate to leave to show more photos once the place is emptied out.
Rules: -Be respectful -Pay rent on time or early -Clean up after yourself ( your room and bathroom also counts, we don’t like dirty people.) -If you have company over, they can stay over for 3 days max. No exceptions. Also please communicate with us that you’re having more than one person over. We usually don’t mind having people over like family and friends as long as you let us know. These rules apply to all of us.
