Private bedroom available July 1st in a quiet Taylorsville townhome. The room is approximately 14’ x 12’, located upstairs, and includes a bed frame and small closet. The bathroom is shared with one other male tenant, and the laundry room is directly across the hall.

Shared access includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, Keurig), a living room with a large wall-mounted TV, and driveway parking. Community amenities include a pool and tennis court. The home has a covered deck with outdoor seating.

Rent is $750/month all-inclusive — utilities, Wi-Fi, and streaming services are all covered. Last month’s rent ($750) is required before move-in.

The home is work-from-home friendly and within walking distance of shopping, major roads, and public transportation.

We’re a small household of respectful, open-minded adults with LDS/Mormon values. We keep the home clean, quiet, and comfortable — a place you can genuinely relax and recharge. We’re considerate of each other’s schedules and space, and we expect the same in return.

We’re looking for a responsible, employed tenant who will be a good fit for a shared home. We ask that guests be kept to a minimum and that overnight guests be cleared in advance. No smoking inside, no marijuana on the property, and responsible alcohol use only. Couples are not a good fit for this space.
