Hi everyone, I have brand-new luxury rooms (2026) available for rent. The rooms are very close to University of Houston and Rice University — 3 minutes to University of Houston and around 10 miniutes to Rice, a bus station is nearby as well. It’s also close to Downtown, Midtown, EaDo, and the Medical Center area. You can choose female-only or mixed-gender housing.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe and is surrounded by newer homes / new construction, so it feels clean and peaceful while still being very close to the city.

There are two room options:

Option 1: $650/month + Utility Spacious fully furnished bedroom Bathroom shared with only one other person Access to a Study/Game Room shared with only one other person

Option 2: $800/month - private bathroom + Utility Spacious fully furnished bedroom Private bathroom (Across your room) Access to a Study/Game Room shared with only one other person

Option 3: $850/month - private ensuite bathroom + Utility Spacious fully furnished bedroom Private ensuite bathroom Access to a Study/Game Room shared with only one other person

We have one house that is female only and one that is mixed gender. You can choose either.

Most of the current tenants are students or young professionals
