The household is quiet and relaxed. I am an easygoing individual, and it is usually typically myself at the property. My 3 year old son stays with me every other week calm little man. The environment is respectful, comfortable, and well-suited for someone seeking a friendly and low-stress living situation.

Tenants will have access to shared spaces, including the kitchen ,bathroom and yards . You are welcome to make full use of these amenities, with the expectation that all shared areas are kept clean and tidy after use.

The initial lease term is set for 3 months to ensure a good fit for both parties, with the option to extend .
