Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a private room in a beautiful apartment at The Sophia at Abacoa in Jupiter.
The apartment gets tons of natural light throughout the day and has gorgeous wood-style flooring, modern finishes, and an open, comfortable layout. The common areas are furnished, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer, making day-to-day life easy and convenient.
One of the best parts of living here is the location. The Sophia is right in Downtown Abacoa, so you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, events, and parks. It’s a great area if you enjoy being able to get out and do things without having to drive everywhere.
The community also has great amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and well-maintained outdoor spaces.
Rent for the room is $967/month. With utilities and other monthly charges included (water, electric, Wi-Fi, trash valet, etc.), the total monthly cost is usually around $1,080. We also have the option of a professional cleaning service once a month for about $30 per person.
