Street parking. One minute from bus stop and walkable to Lake Merritt. Ideal for professional adults, grad school students and travel nurses (1 month rental terms available and happy to provide more furniture).
**If you prefer your own bed, I can move this out. I am also planning on changing the curtains once rented.
