About the room
Come share a townhouse with me. Your space would be a sunny basement with a bedroom, luxury bathroom, and living room. You can cook some downstairs, but it’s nicer to use the main floor kitchen. There’s a refrigerator, coffee maker, stove top, toaster oven, and air-fryer in your quarters. The place is super walkable to the Metro, shopping, swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking, tennis, and golf. You must love cats because I have two.
About the roomies
My partner and I would occupy the upstairs., but we travel frequently so two of three floors are yours and very private most of the time. We are retired gym rats who exercise everyday and try to take advantage of all the free fun activities and concerts. The cats and I usually hang on the couch or outside on one of the decks or patios. David hangs in the office or bedroom. We cook a lot when home.
