About the room
You would have two rooms separated by private bath, one can be used as a living area. I am the only other person that lives in the home now, and I have a private room and bath on the other side of the house, with a private drive and entrance as well 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach, less than one half mile. It’s in the center of Blue mountain Beach, with all the restaurants bars and nightlife within easy walking distance. Very small subdivision, with only cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. All families in my neighborhood no partying and noise. Washer and dryer right outside of your unit.
About the roomies
I’m 66years old retired, I’m not a snob but I definitely won’t be getting in your way or striking up a conversation. I stay busy renovating the other unit here. I don’t use drugs or alcohol, I go to bed around 9:00 and I rise at around 5:00 a.m., the house is soundproof, so if you sleep late it wouldn’t disturb you.
