About the room
Second story of two-story house about a dozen houses from the beach in Newport and four streets from Pavilions grocery store. Small front patio with ocean view and large back patio gives lots of outdoor space. Water included, other utilities split. Room for rent has it’s own private bathroom and private walk-in closet, as well as being the largest of the three rooms. Previously shared by two tenants, splitting the total rent of the room. If two individuals are interested, or even one interested in splitting, please let me know as well.
About the roomies
Young professionals in their early careers/masters. Very friendly environment, living room often used for movies/games/cooking/hanging out. Looking for individuals who prioritize comradery and comfortability in a home.
