This is on the 1st floor and very close to JWU harborside campus. The common space is huge and has 2 couches and a very nice kitchen island. The room is the back room, so quiet. It’s a large room!
In this unit there are two twenty something recent graduates - now young professionals. Their unit is provided partially furnished with couches, etc and the room can come with some furnishings as well. The two roommates are really nice guys, like to cook and are really good about keeping the unit clean and tidy. They are seeking someone that likes / will participate in keeping a clean environment, and is hopefully at least a little bit / somewhat social. We really like this group of guys and we are helping to fill the last room as it comes available in July / Early August.
