This private room (and shared bathroom) is available for $1350/month. Utilities are normally around $80-$100 a person per month. The lease is month-to-month for an initial 6-month period, with the option to extend for another 6 months if it’s a good fit. Ideal location for beach lovers looking for a peaceful yet social living situation.
We are looking for someone to move in July 12th. Prorated portion for that month would be $871 with a $333 deposit required before move in. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Please reach out if you think you’d be a good fit!

We are two professional women in our early 30’s who work full-time (not remotely), and we value maintaining an active lifestyle, fostering genuine friendships, and keeping our home extremely clean and tidy.
