About the room
Located 2 minutes from the mall and about 5-10 minutes from downtown. Apartment is on the third floor. My roommate is in the process of moving out. The apartment and kitchen are furnished. The room available is the primary suite with a private en suite bathroom. There is laundry unites in the apartment. The facility is mostly quiet. It is a none smoking complex, so if you are a smoker, this is not the place for you. We are allowed two animals in total, and I already have a cat, so you would be allowed one animal. It is for a year lease and you would need to be able to pass the background checks, etc. not certain if there is an upfront deposit since I already live here. That is something we would need to speak to the office about.
About the roomies
I live here with my cat. Again, the house is almost completely furnished. I am either at home or at work. I cook most of my meals at home. I am a quiet introvert who reads a lot. Very clean and keeps to myself.
