I’m a single mom with two teenage boys, so life here is active but grounded. We’re responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and we believe a good home starts with good people.

Who we’re looking for We’d love someone who is clean, considerate, and enjoys a warm household atmosphere. You don’t have to be best friends with us — just a good neighbor under the same roof. Ideally you’re employed, reliable with rent, and comfortable living with kids around (they’re teenagers, not toddlers!).

About the roomies

Hi, I’m a working single mom making a home for my two teenage boys and our three furry family members — a dog and two cats. Life here is full but settled: the boys are in school, I work during the day, and the evenings are pretty low-key. We’ve built a comfortable, lived-in home and we’re genuinely looking for someone who wants to be part of a real household, not just rent a room. Our pets are friendly and well-behaved, so the right roommate will need to be an animal lover (or at least animal-tolerant!). The dog is house-trained and the cats pretty much mind their own business. If you’re allergic or not a pet person, this probably isn’t the right fit — and that’s okay, better to know upfront. We’re a close family but we respect everyone’s privacy and space. You’ll have your own room to retreat to, and shared spaces are kept tidy. What we’re hoping for is someone who brings the same energy — responsible, easygoing, and kind.
