Quiet neighborhood with walking distance to small plaza (ice cream store, Spanish market/convenience store, pizza place). You’d get a reserved car port parking spot. Studio is available through private entrance with a small patio area. Water, sewage, and electricity are included. No smoking, no pets. This studio is for one person use only. There’s also a community pool and walking trail in the neighborhood. Wi-fi and pool key are available for an extra charge.

On the property living would be sometimes myself and my mother. We both work all day and are not home much. We both like to cook and watch movies when able. We’re looking for a quiet and respectful roomie.
