This is the whole second floor of a shared house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in North Portland. The room is 29’x12’, has lots of built-ins extending the space as dressers and storage, a walk-in closet, and even a side attic. North and south-end windows overlook well-kept neighbors’ yards and nice trees. The space is clean, freshly painted, and feels airy and spacious. The house is a mid-century Cape Cod with updated HVAC, kitchen, and appliances so it’s comfortable and functional. There’s an additional window unit for the second floor which may or may not be needed- easy to remove for good cross-airflow. There are two full bathrooms in the house: one on the 1st floor with a shower and one in the basement with a bathtub. Shared spaces are on the first floor (kitchen, bath, living) and the basement (laundry, bath)

I bought the property a year ago and live in the ADU. I do engineering work mostly from my home office, and am available as basically a friendly neighbor and for any repairs/ property upkeep. There are two others in the house. Amanda works in communications and has a small sweet dog, Willow. She has a room and office on the first floor. Lanny works in events setup and cinematography, and is in a newly renovated basement space.
