Hi. Im Jess. I’m looking for a roommate because I unfortunately can’t afford a place entirely on my own. I recently survived homelessness and worked really hard to get into the apartment I’m currently in. I have a small dog, who, unfortunately doesn’t get along with other animals so I’d ask you not to bring anymore animals in at this time. The ideal roommate I’m looking for is someone in the LGBTQIA+ community, someone who works 2nd or 3rd shift so that I can still enjoy my alone time. I’m very quiet. I go to bed by 10pm. A lot of my activities are quiet but I do enjoy listening to music on my speaker sometimes. I work M-F. Another thing worth mentioning is that I am dealing with severe PTSD from being homeless, so my peace and alone time is very important. Truthfully, the last thing I want is a roommate because I don’t want to share my space, but unfortunately things are very expensive and I’m struggling. If you’d like to chat more, please reach out.
